PRODUCT

We choose 100% natural and naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations. When possible, safe synthetic actives may be used to achieve the best functioning products. Our products are formulated without sulfates, silicones, phthalates, parabens, dyes and gluten.

Our proprietary formulas are made in Ghana with mainly African raw materials supplemented by other globally sourced ingredient

Curves and Brushes does not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty-free.

All products offered on this website has been tested and approved by the FDA.

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

ORDERS

Direct Orders can be placed on our website (www.curvesandbrushes.com), Social Media Platforms- Instagram (@ Curves and Brushes), Facebook (Curves and Brushes), WhatsApp or by telephone on +233 (0)55 144 1888. Care must be taken when entering your shipping address as Curves and Brushes will not be responsible for orders sent to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

In case you do not  receive your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us with your inquiry.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. That is, orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed and/or dispatched for delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING

Local orders : For customers within Accra and Tema, the estimated delivery fee is GHS30.00 but may vary depending on exact location. For regional deliveries, we fulfill through STC Parcel delivery Services and the rate is based on the weight of items selected and delivery destination.

 

International orders: For international customers, we ship worldwide via DHL and the rate is based on the weight of items selected and delivery destination. Items shipped outside of Ghana may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges at port of destination, which are neither included in the total cost of your order, nor covered or reimbursed by Curves and Brushes.

Curves and Brushes ships to the home or business address you provide.  Please provide the address most convenient and safe for you to receive your order. Although DHL offers the option to “Authorize Signature Release” which allows DHL to deliver without requiring a signature,  we strongly recommend that you receive your parcel at hand by signing for it at the address provided or pick up from your local DHL Office. Please note that Curves and Brushes will not be liable for shipments which have been stolen from client doorstep.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving these emails to see any changes and updates.

 

Alternatively, Click on ‘my account’ tab on our website, Log in, then go to the “Order History” section). All orders placed along with their status and DHL tracking numbers would be listed.

Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. We do not charge sales tax on exports but your order may attract duties in Europe, Asia and other African States. Please check with your DHL express services in your country before you order.

 

Note that prices and delivery charges displayed on our website do not include any duties your home country may charge you upon receiving your products. Any incremental duties  will not be borne by Curves and Brushes.

 

If your shipment is dutiable, the customs officers in your country would determine what charge to apply based on the declared value and DHL would contact the receiver with the customs declaration and you would be required to pay the charges before receiving goods.

Curves and Brushes is not liable for clients’ decision not to pay the Customs/Import Duty on their parcel. Kindly note that we donot offer refunds for parcels whose receiver has refused to pay duty.

Kindly note that, for all product  pickups from our office till delivery to your address, all shipping liability lies with DHL Worldwide Express services in your country. Please contact the DHL Worldwide Express services in your country with any shipping related issues.


Curves and Brushes ships with strong corrugated boxes to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition.  We cannot accept liability for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact DHL Worldwide Express to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us within 24hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

We apologize, we currently do not offer exchanges or accept returns due to the personal nature of our products. All sales are final.
